How soon should I book my room?
With Sandals being a popular wedding, honeymoon and event destination, rooms book out more than your average stay. Some room types have already sold out! We recommend booking ASAP as you have until November 2024 for a full refund if necessary.
When can I buy my flight?
Flights are currently jumping all around. We suggest subscribing on google flights to get updates on when prices drop for your particular dates and locations. We have recently seen DTW-St. Lucia as low as $350 on American but the next day we'll see the cheapest flight to be $700+. You want to make sure you are buying when it's in its sweet spot!
Some flights are direct but most flights will have a lay over. Miami, New York, Atlanta and Charlottee are more likely to have direct flights to St. Lucia if two round trips ends up cheaper!

Do I Need A Passport?
Yes! Please make sure it is valid within 6 months of your return date. If it is not, you will need to order a new one before travel!
Traveling from the airport?
We've got you covered! Sandals provides FREE transportation. Please reach out to Katelyn or the resort directly with the time your flight arrives and they will be there ready for you!
What is included at the resort? Will there be any additional costs?
Included: Everything!
Other Costs: None!
All drinks, food, golf and water sports are included at the resort.
Is there a dress code for the wedding?
We are asking that everyone dresses in their favorite pastel/light colors. Cocktail, beachy dresses for the women and are requesting men to wear long pants, no jeans.
Women, please do not wear white.
At the end of the day, something that makes you feel good and you are are comfortable in! Remember we will be outside, so linen and other breathable fabrics would be recommended.
Can I bring a plus one?
Yes! Please let us know in your RSVP their name and any other details that would be beneficial (allergies, etc)
Are kids allowed?
Unfortunately this is an adults only resort. However! There are two Kid-Friendly hotel options listed if you bring proper accommodations with you for during the wedding as it is adult only.
What if I stay off-site?
Not a problem! If you are staying at another Sandals, they will transport you for free and there are no additional costs. All off-site guests not staying at a Sandals resort will have a $170 resort fee to attend day of wedding activities.
How long should we come for?
As long as you would like! The Bride and Groom as well as many family members will be staying Monday to Monday. The resort has a 3 night minimum. Check out our events page to help plan the length of your trip.
What Time is the Ceremony?
Please be advised that due to limited capacity, the ceremony will be for immediate family only. All other guests will be able to enjoy a cocktail and livestream in the reception area as the ceremony should only be about 20 minutes. Please arrive to your designated area 15-20 minutes before 3PM.
