What's Left To Do

October 22, 2023

We are less than a month away! Your room is paid for and you should already have your passport. So what else is there to do?

1. Book your flight and make sure to send your flight confirmation to Mary Alys. Her email is maryalys@marvelousmousetravels.com

2. Complete the Immigration/Customs (C5) Form. Go to enterjamaica.com or you can go to the airport website mbjairport.com, go to the immigration section and there is a QR code you can scan to get the form.

3. Complete Sandals Resort pre-check in IF YOU WANT TO. Mary Alys sent an email out with the link to complete the pre-check in. This can also be done on the Sandals App. Mary Alys cannot complete this for you. You will need to approve the Sandals Resorts terms and conditions for the stay and provide a Credit Card to keep on file. It cannot be a debit card. This is standard for any hotel/resort. The credit card will be used for a hold authorization of $400 for incidentals. It is a hold and released when you check out, given there are no damages to the room. If you decide to get any additional services like at the Spa, this is also the card they will charge unless you tell them otherwise. If you try to complete the pre-check in with a debit card it will reject. If you want to use a debit card, you can but you will have to wait to complete the check in at the resort when you arrive. IF YOU USE A DEBIT CARD they will process the $400 and then you will be refunded at check out, given there are no damages to your room. This refund can take up to 2 weeks.

4. Make sure you call your credit card company to let them know you will be out of the country, so your card is not locked or declined for fraud.

4. Make sure you have all your travel documents/confirmations for Sandals, your flights, and if you have Club Mobay.

5. *Optional - Download the Sandals App. Make an account and enter your booking confirmation in Trips. You can do the check in on the app and have access to all resort information (map, shuttle times, resort activities and dining). It's pretty handy.
