In order to make room reservations at Sandals,( HOST RESORT)please book on-line @ ttp://www.sandals.com/main/bahamian/ba-home/. Click BOOK NOW ; select Bahamas Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort and your dates, then click on check rates and availabity. Please use our wedding GROUP CODE: WG15093680 when booking. Please book ( make the $400.00 initial deposit) early to secure your room. Once the room is booked and the deposit is made you can make payments on your room up to 45 days from your arrival day. There are several different room categories you can choose from and the features of each room is provided. Do not wait to late to secure your room because the resort will fill up quickly. Other Hotel Option
The Melia Nassua Beach Hotel ( Family Friendly) is located approximately 1 mile from Sandals Resort. It is an all-inclusive resort. If you are not staying at Sandals please let us know, so we are able to place you on the guest list. Transportation is not included, please make your own arrangements for transportation.
Flight Information
Fly into Nassau, Bahamas( Lynden Pindling International Airport) which is approximately 10-15 mins from the resort. There are few airlines with direct flights to the island. The flights range between $250-$400 depending on when you book and the days you are flying. We suggest everyone set-up a price alert( such as Kayak,etc) to try and get updates on best fare. Flights will NOT be booked as a group. Please feel free to book your own flight.
Airport Travel To/From Sandals: As a reminder, roundtrip airport transfers IS included when staying at Sandals ONLY. Relax and enjoy your stress-free ride with non-stop resort transfers, featuring air-conditioning and comfortable, spacious seating or opt to arrive in style in a luxurious vehicle from our fleet with a first class, private luxury transfer, which is available for additional cost.
Arrival
Upon arrival, you'll proceed to the Sandals desk or lounge, conveniently located right outside customs at Nassau's International Airport. Your complimentary transfer to and from the resort will be arranged by Sandals.
Check-in & Check-Out
If you arrive before check-in, they will hold your luggage so you can begin your fun. Check-out time is 11:00a.m. If your flight departs later, you can also leave your luggage with them and spend as much time as possible beside the sea, soaking up the sun.
