Even though some of you have probably heard this story a million times before, here it is again. We met four years ago through our mutual friend, Brittany. She invited us to her daughter’s 6th birthday party at her house. That was when [groom’s first name] and I officially met. Him and I had so much fun together that day. At the end of the party I had enough to courage and confidence to ask him for his number which he gladly gave to me. I contemplated on whether to call him or not the next day. A couple more days went by and he was the one that called me. We talked for quite some time about everything and planned a barbeque at his house. Over the next three years we dated until one summer day (a year ago today!!!), Brad and I went to the park where he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. We have been through so much together and we both are very excited to see what our new lives have in store for us!
