Kendra and Brandon were a match made in Heaven. The couple started out as best friends, talking on the phone every day since Brandon was in Lyndonville Vermont going to college. They grew close over their shared interest in a show called Supernatural. On March 19, 2022 Kendra sent Brandon the song Can’t Fight This Feeling by REO Speedwagon while he was on his way to Thomas College for a lacrosse game trying to admit how she really felt about him. Brandon being Brandon didn’t understand what the song was supposed to mean and just added it to the playlist. Later that day, Kendra showed up to this game and cheered him on even though it was cold and rainy. That night when Brandon was back in Vermont he asked Kendra how she really felt about him after listening to the song. Her exact words were that she “really really liked you” and he admitted that he felt the same way. 

Later that year, Kendra was invited to go on Brandon’s family trip to Disney with his mom Caren, sister Micaila, her soon to be husband Joey and Brandon’s Aunt Amy. While on the trip Brandon surprised Kendra with a Disney themed promise ring on Under the Sea - Journey of The Little Mermaid ride specifically during the Kiss the Girl song. He chose this location due to the inside joke of him being nervous to kiss her first. 

That same year, Kendra and Brandon were supposed to go to Disney for Christmas with Kendra’s mom and Dad but her Pepere unfortunately fell sick and they had to cancel their trip. Due to this, Brandon had to do some quick thinking and decided to propose at Kendra’s favorite Italian food restaurant Davinci's Eatery where Kendra obviously said yes!
