When should I arrive?

Nicole and Alan recommend arriving on Friday 04 April 2025 or no later than 2pm Saturday 05 April 2025 to not miss the cocktail reception hour that evening at 5pm.

How do I get to Sandals Montego Bay from the airport?

With booking your room at Sandals Montego Bay transportation is provided from the resort.

It is highly recommender to book Club Mobay.

Can we leave the resort?

Absolutely! You are free to explore Jamaica and while staying at Sandals Montego Bay you can take their free shuttle to Sandals Royal Caribbean resort (5-10 minutes away) and indulge in all of their all inclusive admenities. 

How long do we stay in Jamaica?

You may stay as long as you wish!

Sandals resort policy requires guest to stay a minimum of 3 nights.

When booking your return flight be mindful that you need to arrive at the airport 3-4 hours prior to take off. 

How many people can stay in a room?

All rooms are for 2 people max.

If you are traveling solo - you will pay the same price the room is offered at for 2 people.

Do we recieve any resort discounts?

All wedding guest who book with the group code will recieve 15% off Red Lane Spa services.

Is there a dress code (for the resort and wedding)?

Casual beach attire! At specific restaurants evening dinner dress is required. See the website for more details.

What is the currency in Jamaica?

US dollars and all major credit cards are accepted.

What is the tipping policy?

Per Sandals resort policy tipping is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to tip anyone at the resort besides butlers.

Are non-alcoholic beverages available?

Yes. You can additionally request for no alcohol to be in your room mini fridge.

What if I am on a special diet?

The resort staff will happily accommodate to it.
