Their story starts several years ago when they met at a concert Landon was performing at. Even though there weren’t many words exchanged, that is where their story begins. 

Fast forward several years and they started talking more about hanging out. This is where one of Hailey and Landon's biggest inside jokes comes from. "Just to let you know I don't date, but I will go out in public with you," is what Hailey originally said to Landon during one of their first conversations and looking back on it makes them both laugh pretty hard. 

Soon after, they went bowling together for their first time hanging out. It was a legendary battle of the century with Landon barely pulling out the victory by 100 points. At the time, Landon was a personal trainer. So naturally, Hailey asked for help to achieve the peak athleticism needed to compete in their future bowling rivalry. Landon agreed, they then became workout partners, and their friendship grew.

Tragedy struck when Hailey's father passed away, bringing them even closer together as they leaned on each other for support during this difficult time. Their friendship deepened, and they soon became inseparable best friends.

When Landon needed a new roommate, Hailey suggested she move in, as they had already practically been living together. It was during this time that their feelings for each other grew, but past experiences held them back from exploring those emotions.

In July of 2022, Hailey couldn't contain her feelings any longer and confided in her close friends about falling for Landon. On August 11th, they decided to make their relationship official, and it was a seamless transition from best friends to a couple, as they had already known deep down that they were meant to be together.

Their love story took a significant turn during a cruise that Landon had planned to celebrate Hailey's birthday. While she knew he had bought a ring, she had no idea when or where he would propose. To her surprise and joy, Landon proposed the day before her birthday during a romantic dinner in the middle of the ocean. Overwhelmed with excitement and emotions, Hailey happily said yes, sealing their love with a beautiful engagement. Their journey from that chance meeting at a concert to this unforgettable proposal is a testament to the power of friendship and love.
