How Do I Book A Room?

To book a room, please visit sandals.com/ochi and select your dates and preferred room. You may continue to make your reservation online, or you may contact our wedding concierge agent, Lindy, at 1-877-726-3257 Ext 7789 for assistance. YOU MUST provide the code WG23163977 when booking your room to be affiliated with our wedding party. 

What Day Should I Arrive?

You may wish to arrive either Friday, May 23rd, 2025, or Saturday, May 24th, 2025. The length of your trip is entirely up to you!

Can I Stay At Another Sandals Property?

You may stay at another Sandals location if you wish. However, it is our understanding that you will be entirely responsible for transportation to Sandals Ochi. You will not need to purchase a day pass to attend our wedding if staying at a nearby Sandals location. You may stay at the following locations if you choose to do so. 

Sandals Royal Plantation

Sandals Dunn's River

Beaches Ocho Rios 

Are Children Allowed?

Although we love your little ones and understand there are family-friendly Sandals Resorts, our wedding will be an adult-only event. 

What If I Don't Want To Stay At A Sandals Resort?

We highly advise against staying somewhere other than a Sandals location. Please understand you will be responsible for finding your own flights, lodging, transportation, food, and more. You will also be required to purchase a day pass to Sandals Ochi to attend our wedding. The cost of a day pass is currently $150 per adult which allows you to arrive one hour prior to the ceremony and stay through dinner. 

Is There A Dress Code?

Please plan to wear semi-formal/formal beach wedding attire. We recommend wearing lighter materials and light colors due to the predicted weather conditions. 

What Is The Weather Like?

The weather in Jamaica in May is expected to be in the 80s during the day and in the 70s at night. The ocean temperature is around 80 degrees during this time of year, and it may be breezy during the day with calmer winds during the evening. 

What If I Have Any Food Allergies Or Dietary Restrictions?

If you RSVP through our website, there is a section to make comments regarding any allergies or restrictions. If you have any concerns, please reach out to the bride or groom so we can ensure your accommodations are met. 

May I Take Pictures During The Ceremony?

We invite you to be unplugged during our ceremony! We ask that you turn off, put away, or leave all devices elsewhere during our ceremony. This ensures that everyone will be fully present with us on our wedding day. Our photographer will handle taking the photos which will be shared and available for purchase at a later date. Additionally, this event will not be live-streamed for outside audiences. 

Do You Have A Registry?

We have a registry available included on this website to contribute to our wedding, experiences, and excursions. We will also provide a link to our registry at a later date. Please know gifts are not expected, but always appreciated.
