OUR STORY

Dayton and Marilyn met online in early 2020, when he was 25 and she was 21. There is no doubt that the beginning of a global pandemic joined with the fact that they were separated by 1,965 miles, should have prevented them from meeting, but somehow that is exactly what they did. There was no doubt in their minds that it was worth it.

Fast forward to 2022 as midnight struck on New Year's Eve. The couple raised their glasses in their living room and rang in 2023 with a kiss when Dayton proposed!

Now, they are happily engaged and so excited to start the next chapter of their lives. As they look forward to their future together, they are grateful for the journey that brought them to this moment. They reflect on all of the small moments and shared experiences that made their relationship so special.

Looking ahead, they know that no matter what comes their way, they can face it together. They are committed to creating a life full of love, joy, and adventure together and are so excited and grateful to start this upcoming chapter. They can't wait to see what the future holds for them.

This is the beginning of something beautiful for the soon to be Dottery-Murphy’s, and they can't wait to see what comes out of it. They know they have each other, and that's all they need to survive. Together, they'll build something that will last forever, something that will be remembered. A legacy they can both be proud of. They'll take on the world and make their mark. They will strive for success and never give up. They will always have each other's backs and be there for each other.
