Where is the wedding?

The wedding will be at Beaches Turks & Caicos. Beaches has many resorts so Please be sure to chose the right location.

Do we have to stay at beaches resort to attend the wedding?

Yes. We would like everyone that's attending to stay at Beaches resort in Turks & Caicos. There are extra fees and a certain percentage of guests have to stay at the resort in order for us to have our wedding there. With that being said if you simply cannot stay at this resort please let us know. By not staying you will be required to pay extra fees.

   
Booking information?

Desrieen Douglas is our booking agent. Please contact her at 877-726-3257. Please provide her with our wedding code WG22157714 to book your room. She will help you set up payments and make any extra accommodations. This allows us to keep track of how many people will be attending the wedding and is required for us to have our wedding at this resort. 

Room cost and Availability 

You have to get your room ASAP! Rooms increase in price and there is limited availability!! There are payment plans available.

When is the RSVP due date?

Please RSVP by November, 1st 2022 so we can have an accurate headcount.

Can I bring a date?

Yes! Please include them in the count as we will need to plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Yes! Children are welcome. Beaches resorts have nannies on-site as well as kids clubs if you want to use this amenity.

What should I wear?

Formal/semi-formal. 

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The wedding will be outdoors.

What not to wear?

Tennis shoes or sandals.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

No pictures during our ceremony. Feel free to take pictures at the cocktail party and the dinner reception.

What time should I arrive?

The beaches resort requires a minimum 3-night stay. Please arrive no later than November 3rd if you are a part of the wedding ceremony. If you are only coming for the wedding and not staying at the resort there is a cost of $310 for adults to attend the wedding and $150 for children. If you want to purchase a day pass it will be $500. Those staying at the resort will attend the wedding for free!!

How can I help the couple have the best time during their wedding day?

Please do not stress us out haha. We chose this venue because it fits perfectly for what we have envisioned for our special day. Please keep in mind this day is about us. We love our family & friends tremendously and hope everyone can make it while enjoying a peaceful vacation.

Any planned group events for guests?

We will be having a welcome cocktail party on Friday night, as well as other activities for all of the family/friends to come together before and after the wedding. Please check the website regularly for updates and a schedule of events. 

Do we need a passport?

Yes, a passport is required.
