Below, you will find all the information needed to successfully book your stay in the Bahamas :)

BOOK ROOM: You will be booking your stay through our travel agent, Sarah Kline. Sarah is working hard to get the best deals and make this stay as easy as possible. She is absolutely amazing and will personally book everyone's stay. You will book through her and NOT through the Sandals website. This is so she can make certain everyone is part of THIS group. To book, you will fill out the form below in this "Hotel" section. She will get back to you quickly with prices and everything you will need.

After, fill out the information boxes for each group member coming. At Sandals, the rooms are for 2 adults max. If you are a single, you will fill out the Group Event form for yourself and you'll receive your own room.
In the additional information box make sure you give: 1.) Guest #2 info (if needed) 2.) OPTIONAL: Your airport preference if you would like her to book your flight as well (Flight booked through Sarah is not required, just if you wanted) 3.) Which specific room you would like booked. She will give you the total price quote (including fees and tax) after she receives all of your information. You can look at the rooms using the following Sandals link:
Sandals is an All-Inclusive Resort so all food, drink, and stay is included in one unit price. When looking at the Sandals website, the price you see is the price per person, per night.
The amenities include: *numerous 5 start restaurants *private offshore island *an array of water sports *day and night entertainment *unlimited land activities *fitness center and much more!
Shuttle
There is a complementary shuttle from the Airport to Sandals Royal Bahamian. It is an 18 minute ride.
Travel Note
We understand this can be overwhelming and expensive so please do not feel obligated to make the trip. We would love to have everyone there, but we completely understand everyone has different circumstances.
If you are going to make the trip, try booking your room ASAP. They have a limited number of each type of room, so booking sooner rather than later will get you priority pick.
