>Is there a service available to help navigate the airport and Customs after I arrive in Montego Bay?

Club Mobay is a Greet Arrival Service (independent of Sandals) available at the airport.  When you land, your guide will be waiting for you at the gate to help you navigate the airport and escort you through Customs.  Your guide will direct you the whole way from your arrival gate to the Sandals lounge, or the Club Mobay lounge!  For more detailed information, check out their website https://www.vipattractions.com/ 

>How do we get from the airport to Sandals?

After clearing Customs, Sandals has a lounge in the airport with concierges who will assist you in locating the shuttles headed for Sandals Negril.  The concierge will tag your luggage and secure it for transport.  You can relax in the Sandals lounge until your shuttle is ready.  The lounge has complimentary snacks and drinks, including a much needed rum punch, or the classic Red Stripe!  This shuttle service will also transport you from the resort back to the airport.

>How far is Sandals Negril from the airport? 

The drive from the airport to Sandals Negril will take between 75-90 minutes.  Transportation from the airport to the resort, as well as transportation back to the airport, will be handled completely by Sandals. 

>How far is Beaches Negril from Sandals Negril?

Sandals and Beaches are neighboring resorts.  The Sandals shuttle drive will take approximately five minutes, from Beaches to Sandals.  

>Do we have to stay at Sandals Negril property?

There are three additional Sandals properties within an hour and a half of Sandals Negril.  Royal Caribbean and Montego Bay are located very close to the airport.  Sandals South Coast is an hour and a half south of Negril. 

Additionally, there are several all-inclusive resorts located in proximity to Sandals Negril.  Feel free to stay at any resort you prefer!  Please inform Jeryl if you wish to stay at an outside property.

*If you do not stay at Sandals, you will have to research (or ask Jeryl) about transportation to your resort from the airport.

Wedding Specific

>Are kids permitted at the wedding? 

Yes!  Although Sandals Negril is an adults-only resort, children are permitted at the resort for all wedding events on the day of the ceremony.  More specifically, children will be allowed at the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. 

Sandals Beaches is located next to Sandals Negril.  Sandals Beaches is an all-inclusive resort for all ages.  Please let Jeryl know if you plan to bring your kids to the wedding, we have a separate head count for little ones.  

>What is the wedding dress code?

Our wedding is going to be on the beach, in the sand.  We want you to be cool and comfortable - think resort casual!  Sandals does have its own dress code for most of its restaurants, so make sure you look into that.
