Once upon a time, 11.4.2018 to be exact, we were just two lonely bees looking for honey by way of the Bumble dating app. After some friendly and flirtatious banter, one postponement, and the exchanging of pet pics, we had our first date at Jessy’s Taqueria in Ocean View on 11.13.2018. James could not resist Jess’ wit and charm, and quickly made the relationship official on 12.2.2018. By 4.20.2019 we were exchanging the first of many "I love yous". We moved in together Valentine’s Day weekend of 2020 and have enjoyed sharing a life together ever since! We got engaged at home on New Year’s Eve 2022. We find the joy and humor in every day we have, which has become somewhat effortless after finding each other. We enjoy traveling the world and merrily stumbling through the adventures we find along the way.

Our wedding date is 05.24.2023, sharing Jessica’s parents’ wedding anniversary. We spent a lot of time thinking about how and where we wanted to exchange vows, and we decided on a destination elopement in Jamaica to celebrate our love for travel. We have a week-long “Weddingmoon” planned with Sandals Ochi Rios.  Once we return home, we’ll celebrate our marriage with dearest family and friends on 06.03.2023!
