Once you've cleared Jamaica's customs, you can navigate to the Sandals and Beaches lounge where you can relax until you will be escorted to the shuttle. The shuttle ride from the airport to the resort is about an hour and a half. If you booked with Tiffanie, please share your air itineraries with her so she can set up all of your ground transportation. For those who booked directly through the resort, please contact the Sandals Reservation department to set up your ground transportation. For our guests staying outside of Sandals or Beaches, please contact your resort directly to set up ground transportation.
