I met Troy when I went to Woodglen Camp, about 25 years ago. Being a twin definitely made him stand out. Then, I remember seeing him again when I was in high school. I was walking in the parking lot as the Peckler twins passed by in their lacrosse gear. Years later, I passed Troy a few times at SUNY Buffalo. It was in RCC where I walked up to Troy, said hi and sat down next to him in our science class. I always knew there was something special about Troy, but our time wasn't just yet.
About 4 years ago, we were both eating at Fridays but our paths did not cross. Troy saw me and thought, now that's the girl I want to marry one day. It was not long after that we were able to make our dreams of being with each other come true.
It was 2 years later when Troy found me on facebook through his brother's profile. My photo showed me holding my friend's daughter, so naturally Troy thought he missed his opportunity. At that point, his twin secretly texted me and inquired. The next night, Troy called and we've been inseparable ever since.
When it's right, you just know.
