Sandals Grande Riviera is an adults-only resort located about a twenty-minutes (by car) from Beaches Ocho Rios. Guests staying here have exchange privileges with Beaches and can join us for the wedding. Transfers betrween Sandals and Beaches should run about $10. This property generally costs less than Beaches. If you stay here after July 20th,we will be able to hang out with you when we head over for the honeymoon!
We stayed here in 2011 (some of the pictures on this page are from our trip). This property is beautiful and a lot of fun.
Streams, ponds, and tropical plants and trees cover the grounds. You can stay on or near the beach or up the hillside. It is about a fifteen minute walk from the top of the hillside to the beach, and free shuttles run every few minutes.
Fifteen restaurants (including a sushi bar), swim-up pool bars, five pools (not including the private pools available with some suites), snorkeling, diving, golf, kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, and nightly entertainment ensure you are never bored, thirsty, or hungry.

We are celebrating our honeymoon at the Royal Plantation from July 20th-27th. We plan to spend time with any of our friends who stick around after the 20th at either Sandals property.
Sandals Royal Plantation is a small adults-only resort right next door to the Grande Riviera. Every room here has an ocean view and includes butler service. Guests here have exchange privileges with Beaches and with the Grande Riviera. Transfers to Beaches for the wedding are by taxi and will cost about $10. You can walk next door to the Grande Riveria, or your Butler will drive you on a golf cart. Seriously!
Guests have the choice of six restaurants at this resort, plus the fifteen restaurants next door at the Grande Riviera. Get the intimacy of a smaller boutique hotel, and use your exchange privileges with the Grande Riveria when you want more pools, bars, and food choices. As with the other properties, this is ALL inclusive. Butlers are permitted to accept tips, but other employees at all Sandals/Beaches properties are not.

Several Couples Resorts, Club Riu, the Jewel Dunn's River, and the Grand Bahia Principe are all in the area.
Beaches will charge non-Sandals/Beaches guests $85 per person for a day pass to come to the wedding.
