Due to how family oriented Julie is, CJ thought that there would be no better time than Thanksgiving to as her to marry him. Both families were getting together for the first time to meet to celebrate the holiday.

While the girls were at home cooking CJ asked Fred if he could ask for his daughters hand in marriage. As you can tell from this website, he agreed.

From that point on Julie and Sue were the only people at the house that didn’t know what was going to be happening later that evening.

As the families gathered into their small duplex everyone joined hands to say what they were thankful for. As everyone went around, each family member said something they were grateful for. When it came to CJ, last in line, he told everyone how grateful he was for them to be there and how blessed he was to have meet Julie and  how he couldn’t imagine spending the rest of his life with anyone else.

To Julies surprise he got down on one knee in front of everyone.
