TRAVEL INFORMATION:
We are less than 30 days from travel so there are some things that you can do that will allow you a less stressful travel day.
1) Look up your flight on the airline website/app of the carrier you are using and add in your passport information
2) Visit Sandals.com, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on check in online, follow the prompts and add in the requested information. You will be checked in prior to arrival which will save time once you get to the resort.
3) Visit the website https://www.jacustoms.gov.jm/article/electronic-c5 and complete your C-5 Declarations Form prior to arrival and you will not have to fill out a paper copy on the day of travel.

WHAT IS THE TIMELINE FOR THE WEDDING FESTIVITIES?
June 4th, 2024- Savannah and Aaron arrive to ensure everything is perfect for when you arrive.
June 5th, 2024- Get settled in and explore the resort!
June 6th, 2024-
Guys can choose to Golf with the Groom or enjoy a beach/pool day! Details to come for booking tee times. Golf Attire Required
Ladies, we will have a Spiked Tea Party for the bride to celebrate with all of the amazing women who are attending! Further details will be provided on arrival! Garden Tea Party Attire Preferred
June 7th, 2024- Enjoy the day however you may wish, then at 4pm come join us for a Welcome Party on a Sunset Catamaran Cruise. Resort Wear Attire Preferred
June 8th, 2024- WEDDING DAY! Enjoy the day and prepare for a night of fun. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm, so ensure you're well-rested and ready to celebrate! The cocktail hour and reception will have plenty of food and drinks to keep you satisfied throughout the night!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE WEDDING?
Beach chic or summer cocktail!
Guys, we'd prefer if you would wear pants paired with a nice shirt. No ties required! Ladies, think beachy, bright colors. We ask that you refrain from wearing white or cream, and wedges, chunky heels, or dressy sandals are all acceptable footwear. We are getting married in an over-the-water chapel, so please do not stress about trying to walk in the sand!
WILL WE EAT TOGETHER?
With the amazing turn out of guests, it would be difficult to accommodate a dinner with of all of us together. Therefore, your crew can eat at any time you see fit at any of the amazing restaurants within our resort. The times we would like to be together are noted above.
DO YOU HAVE A WEDDING HASHTAG? HOW DO I USE IT?
Our wedding hashtag is: #Neelyweds2024. You can use this hashtag anytime you post pictures from our reception and we will be able to find them in one easy click!
