1. Where is the wedding taking place?

Our wedding will be held at one of the stunning Sandals Resorts in Barbados:

Sandals Royal Barbados: A luxurious, all-inclusive resort with stunning views and top-tier amenities. This is where the ceremony will take place.
Sandals Barbados: Just a short distance away, this vibrant resort offers beautiful beachfront views and a lively atmosphere for our post-ceremony celebrations.
Both resorts provide an unforgettable setting for our special day!

2. How do I book my stay at Sandals Resorts?

You can book your stay directly through the Sandals website or by contacting our reservations team. A special booking link has been provided on our wedding website, which gives you access to discounted rates for our wedding guests.

3. When should I book my stay?

To guarantee the best rates and availability, we recommend booking your stay at least 4-6 months before the wedding. Rooms fill up quickly, especially during peak wedding seasons, so it’s best to book early! (Recommended Dates: October 25-28 2025)

4. Is transportation included to and from the wedding venue?

Yes! Transportation is included for all guests staying at either Sandals Royal Barbados or Sandals Barbados. Sandals will arrange transfers from the airport to your resort, as well as transportation to and from the wedding venue to make sure everything is hassle-free.

5. What is included when I stay at Sandals?

When you stay at Sandals, everything you need for an unforgettable vacation is included in the price of your stay:

All meals at the resort’s gourmet restaurants (no reservations required)
Unlimited drinks (including top-shelf liquor)
Water sports (kayaking, snorkeling, paddle boarding, and more)
Entertainment and nightly shows
Access to all resort amenities, including pools, fitness centers, and beaches
Round-trip airport transfers
Gratuities and taxes are included, so no tipping is required during your stay!

6. Is there a fee if I stay outside of Sandals Resorts?

Yes, if you choose to stay at a hotel or property outside of Sandals Resorts, there will be an additional fee of $250 for transportation to and from the wedding venue. We highly recommend staying at Sandals to make your experience seamless and avoid this extra charge.

7. Can I travel with someone who is not attending the wedding?

Yes, you are welcome to travel with a companion who will not be attending the wedding. However, we ask that your guest remain at the resort and not attend the wedding ceremony or reception. This ensures that we have enough space and seating for our invited guests.

8. What happens if I book my stay outside of the Sandals Resorts and still want to attend the wedding?

If you stay outside of Sandals Resorts but still wish to attend the wedding, you will be charged a $250 transportation fee to cover pick-up and drop-off services. This will be added to your overall costs, so we encourage booking directly at one of the Sandals properties for the best experience and no additional fees.

9. Can I bring children to the wedding?

While we love children, please note that Sandals Resorts are adults-only. As a result, the wedding and reception are for adult guests only. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for childcare during your stay.

10. How do I ensure my room booking is linked to the wedding group?

When booking through the special link provided on our wedding website, your reservation will automatically be linked to our wedding group. If you book by phone or through another means, please make sure to mention our wedding name and date to ensure your booking is associated with our group rate.

11. Can I attend the wedding if I'm not staying at Sandals?

Yes, you can absolutely attend the wedding if you are staying elsewhere. However, you’ll need to pay the $250 transportation fee for the round-trip service to and from the wedding venue. It’s also important to RSVP through our wedding website so we can confirm your attendance.

12. Are there any special discounts for Sandals guests?

Yes! If you book your stay through our wedding link, you’ll receive a discounted rate on rooms at Sandals Royal Barbados and Sandals Barbados. These rates offer the best value and give you access to all-inclusive amenities.
