Is there a dress code?

Honestly, we're just happy you decided to share time with us.  However, if you're looking for attire, beach formal (aka dressy-resort or island chic) is appropriate.  Basically, you want to look nice while avoiding sweat and navigating sand easily.  

Any other special attire notes we should know?

The temperature in St. Lucia is generally in the mid 70s to mid 80s during the month of August.  Please note that all ceremony events are planned for outdoors.

How many beds are in each room?

Sandals only offers 1 king sized bed in each room. Each room reservation is for up to 2 people.

How do I add the group code to online bookings?

How much does the room cost?

The cost of the room depends on what type of room you book, as well as the resort location.  The lease expensive rooms are in the luxury level category. The least expensive resort was the Regency La Toc (Oct. 2022). For example, room rates at Regency La Toc ranged from ~$2500 to $4000 during Aug 3-6. 

In general, the hotels, when arranged from least expensive to more expensive were Regency< Halcyon< Lucian.  

Rooms are first come, first served.  

What does the room cost include?

This includes transportation to/from airport, transportation throughout all 3 resorts, food, resort activities, shows, and alcoholic beverages. 

What's not included in the resort cost?

Caribbean Adventure Tours (highlights around the island - excursions), Red Lane Spa, Scuba Diving program, Rekindle Romance Package,.  These are available for an additional cost.

Do we have to pay the full cost at booking?

No.  However, a $400 deposit is required.  This can be broken down into two payments of $90 and $310.

Is there a block of guaranteed rooms reserved?

No. Reserving a block of rooms did not guarantee the lowest price.  The resort is constantly running promotions that had lower costs than booking a block of rooms.  The GROUP CODE (RG22160006) guarantees a place and special dining at the special events planned prior to the event (and the ceremony).

Are there any other resort discounts?

Yes.  There is an additional 10% discount for prior or current Military, Police, and firefighter.  This can be used in addition to resort specials and discounts.

Which resort should we book?

Sandals offers 3 resorts on St. Lucia, and you will have reciprocity between all three, and transportation is included.  We are staying at the Regency La Toc, but will spend majority of our time at all three locations.  The vow exchange will occur at Regency La Toc at 5pm on Saturday.  Since each resort has it's own feel, please choose the one where you think you'll have the best time.  The Grande is more social (read party), Halcyon is a relaxed beach environment, and Regency is Luxury and somewhat social.  Most of the happening events occur at the Grande.  We'll see you wherever you are ;-)
