•Please visit the resort websites prior to calling and making reservations. There are many different rooms to choose from. The most cost effective rooms are already booking up for 2025. It's suggested to book as soon as possible. The resort only requires a small deposit to reserve accommodations. Sandals and Beaches both have payment plan options. Discuss the details with Kira upon booking. 

•Flights can be booked up to one year in advance. Kira can also assist with these reservations as well.

• Wedding guest attire requested is semi-formal beach friendly. Wedding and reception will NOT be held on the beach. Please no bare feet. 

•A one day pass is required for children under 18 years old to enter Sandals resort for the event. The fee is waived for weddings. Prior authorization for minors is required by Sandals, so please give the name and ages of any children 17 and under that will be attending when providing RSVP. 

• Round trip transportation between Beaches/Sandals is available via shuttle for $60.00, max 4 people. Additional $20.00 for over 5 people.
