When should I arrive?

Nicole and Alan recommend arriving anytime on Friday 04 April 2025, or no later than 1pm Saturday 05 April 2025 to not miss the cocktail hour and rehersal dinner.

Besides a valid passport, is there anything else I need to do for entry into Jamaica?

You and each person in your party will need to fill out a C-5 Form within 30 days of your arrival date. A link to fill out a C-5 form is on the travel info page.

How do I get to Sandals Montego Bay from the airport and back to it?

With booking your room at Sandals Montego Bay transportation is provided to the resort. Sandals will provide you transformation back to the airport as well (3-4hrs before your flight departs).

To expedite and ease your arrival, it is highly recommended to book Club Mobay. Please see the travel info page for more details about Club MoBay.

Can we leave the resort?

Absolutely! You are free to explore Jamaica. Additionally included while staying at Sandals Montego Bay you can take their free shuttle to Sandals Royal Caribbean resort (5-10 minutes away) and indulge in all of their all inclusive admenities, as well as any other Sandals resort in Jamaica.

How long do we stay in Jamaica?

You may stay as long as you wish! Sandals resort policy requires guest to stay a minimum of 3 nights.

When booking your return flight be mindful that you need to arrive at the airport 3-4 hours prior to take off. 

How many people can stay in a room?

All rooms are for 2 people max. If you are traveling solo - you will pay the same price the room is offered at for 2 people.

Do we recieve any resort discounts?

All wedding guest who book a resort room with the group code will recieve 15% off Red Lane Spa services. See the Travel page for the group code.

Is there a dress code (for the resort and wedding)?

For our wedding events - Casual beach attire. At specific resort restaurants evening dinner dress is required. See the Sandals website for more details. Don't forget your sunblock!

What is the currency in Jamaica?

US dollars and all major credit cards are accepted. While an ATM is available at the resort, if you would like to have cash on you it is advised to bring it into Jamaica with you. 

What is the tipping policy?

Per Sandals resort policy tipping is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to tip anyone at the resort besides butlers. See the Sandals website for more details.

Are non-alcoholic beverages available?

Yes. Additionally, you can request for no alcohol to be available in your room mini bar and fridge.

What if I have dietary needs?

The resort staff will happily accommodate your dietary needs.

Will my cell phone work and is Wifi available?

Yes.
