When should I arrive?

Nicole and Alan recommend arriving anytime on Friday 04 April 2025, or no later than 1pm Saturday 05 April 2025 to not miss the cocktail hour and rehearsal dinner.

Besides a valid passport, is there anything else I need to bring or do for entry into Jamaica?

You and each person in your party will need to fill out a C-5 Form, recommended within 30 days of your arrival date. A link to fill out a C-5 form is on the travel info page.

How do I get to Sandals Montego Bay from the airport? and back to the airport?

Transportation to and from Sandals Montego Bay and the airport is provided with booking your room at the resort. The resort transportation back to the airport will be approximately 4hrs before your flight departs. An additional transportation option is a local Taxi's (cash payment only).

To expedite and ease your arrival, if it is available, we highly recommended to book Club Mobay. Viator is another similar expedition option. Please see the travel info page for more details about Club MoBay.

Can we leave the resort?

Absolutely! You are free to explore Jamaica. Included with your stay at Sandals Montego Bay is their free shuttle to Sandals Royal Caribbean resort (5-10 minutes away) and you can indulge in all of their all inclusive admenities just like at Sandals Montego Bay.

How long do we stay in Jamaica?

You may stay as long as you wish! Sandals resort policy requires guest to stay a minimum of 3 nights.

How many people can stay in a room?

All rooms are for 2 people (max) with a King bed (no double bed room option). 

Do we recieve any resort discounts with the group code booking?

All wedding guest who book a room at Sandals Montego Bay with the wedding group code recieve 15% off at Red Lane Spa.

Is there a dress code (for the resort and wedding)?

For our weekend wedding events - Casual dinner dress attire. Formal attire is optional. Female guest - Please do not wear white to the wedding.

What is the currency in Jamaica?

US dollars and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. An ATM is available at the resort. 

What is the tipping policy?

Sandals resort policy strictly prohibits tipping to anyone at the resort besides butlers. See the Sandals website for more details.

Are non-alcoholic beverages available?

Yes. Additionally, you can request for no alcohol  in your room mini bar and fridge.

What if I have dietary needs?

Notify the resort staff and they will happily accommodate to you.

Will my cell phone work and is Wifi available?

Yes and Yes.
