Sandals South Coast is an All-Inclusive Resort for those 18 years and older.
Do I need a Passport?
Yes! A passport is required to travel to Jamaica. If you need to renew or obtain a passport, please start the process ASAP as it can take up to 12 weeks to receive your passport in the mail.
How do I Book?
To ensure you are receiving the wedding discounted rates, please use our travel agent. *Do NOT book your room through Sandals' website yourself.*

Our travel agent will gladly assist you with all your travel needs. If you RSVP 'Yes,' please contact Benny BEFORE 4/1/25 as an initial deposit is due by 4/1/25 (*deposit for cheapest rooms in room block is due at time of booking) to hold your room. Benny can help you choose your room, dates of stay, develop a payment plan, obtain travel insurance and flights, and communicate any dietary restrictions to the resort, etc.
*When contacting our travel agent to secure your room, please provide the following information to expedite your booking:
1 Full Name (exactly as it appears on your passport, including First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name).
2 Room Category or Categories you’re interested in.
3 Check-in and Check-out Dates.
4 State of Residency.
5 Date of Birth.
6 Relationship to the Second Traveler (if applicable).
This information is also needed to provide a quote for the travel protection plan, which we highly recommend adding—because we did!
What airport should I fly into?
Please ONLY fly into Montego Bay airport (MBJ) as this is where Sandals South Coast's shuttles are located to bring you to the resort!
Important Payment Dates to Remember:
*all payments to go through our travel agent as this secures you are part of our wedding group*
Initial deposit: $500 due no later than 4/1/25 to secure your room
Second Deposit: 50% of total balance due no later than 7/15/25
Final Deposit: Remaining balance due no later than 11/1/25
How long should I stay?
Blocks of rooms have been reserved for certain dates at a discounted rate (see below). Sandals requires guests to stay for at least 3 nights at the resort. However, we suggest staying at least Thursday-Monday (3/12-3/16) for adequate time to relax and enjoy yourselves!
What is the Cost?
*The cost of rooms is based on a negotiated group rate.
**Room costs are all for double occupancy (King size bed). We recommend rooming with another guest or bringing a friend to help with cost.

- Silver Sun Beachfront Club Level Suite w/ Tranquility Soaking Tub (IVS): $7,517.32
- Longbeach Beachfront Club Level Suite w/ Balcony Tranquility Soaking Tub (LGB): $7,955.80
- Starlight Beachfront Swim-up Club Level Suite w/ Patio Tranquility Soaking Tub (SUP): $8,589.16
- Rondoval Swim-up Butler Villa with Private Pool Sanctuary (RSUP): $12,262.65
*For instance, a 7-night stay (3/11-3/18) would start at $536.95 per person per night.*

**Rooms in the room block are first come, first served. Note the check-in and check-out dates that have been held above. These dates can be adjusted based on availability. However, please be aware that new room rates will apply for any changes. For any inquiries regarding this, please reach out to our travel agent, Benny. The sooner you reach out, the better!**
Flights and travel insurance are an additional cost. (*We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance for the unexpected as we are NOT responsible for ANY penalties, losses, damages, or additional costs incurred.)

What will the weather be like?
In March, daytime temperatures often reach 84 degrees F. Nighttime temperatures usually dip to 73 degrees F.
Is there a dress code for the ceremony?
Beach Cocktail
Attire: bright or light colors, dresses, jumpsuits, dressy separates, button down shirts, slacks, chinos, khakis, ties optional
Lightweight fabrics: chiffon, linen, cotton
Shoes: block heels, platforms, wedges, dressy sandals, flats, loafers, boat shoes
Accessories: dressy sun hats, sunglasses, jewelry
Are Dietary Restrictions Accomodated?
Yes. All dietary restrictions can be accomodated throughout your stay. Please indicate any dietary restrictions on your RSVP.
What forms of payment are accepted?
credit cards, cash (USD and local currency), and Traveler's checks are accepted.
Please note, there are exchange bureaus at Sandals Resort.
Recommend carrying small bills to tip luggage attendants at the airport and airport drivers.
In lieu of gifts, your presence at our wedding is your present!
*Room Cancellation Policy: no fee for cancellations made by July 15, 2025. 100% of room charge will incur if room is cancelled thereafter. The bride and groom are not responsible for paying for your room if you cancel after July 15, 2025.
We recommend travel insurance! *The Client is responsible to have an appropriate travel insurance that covers all the travel period. If the Client chooses not to purchase travel insurance, they will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that they have declined coverage and assume all risks associated with their decision. By declining travel insurance, the Client agrees that Smile & Go Travel LLC shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or additional costs incurred as a result of events that could have been covered by travel insurance.
