FAQs

Is there a dress code?

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors in a humid climate. We expect guests to dress in semi-formal attire (i.e. cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit or a dress shirt paired with a tie for men) that will also be comfortable to wear during the ceremony. The reception will be in an air-conditioned venue.

When is the RSVP deadline?

April 27, 2025.

Can I bring my children?

Sandals Resorts are intended to be adults-only destinations. We ask that guests do not bring children with them.

How do I book a room at Sandals Resort?

To reserve a room at Sandals Resorts, you can book directly through their official website or contact their reservations team for assistance. The group code for booking rooms at Sandals Resort is WG24167689. If you have any questions or concerns about booking a room, please reach out to us.

Do I need to book with Sandals Resort?

Yes, Sandals wedding guests are required to stay at Sandals resorts. Because Sandals is a very popular resort brand, we strongly recommend booking accommodations as early as possible to ensure you can attend our wedding-related events.

Please note the minimum stay at Sandals is 3 nights.

A perk of Sandals resorts is access & transportation to all Sandals locations is included with your stay. If you prefer or need to stay at a St. Lucian Sandals Resort other than the Regency La Toc location, you will still be able to attend our wedding events.

If you have any concerns or issues about this, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we’ll work with our coordinator to explore possible accommodations.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins at 3:00 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to get settled in.
