***Please note that Sandals offers an additional 10% discount for service members on their reservation. This includes the US Military (both active duty and veterans), US Police Personnel (both active and retired), and US Firefighters (with a valid International Association of Firefighters Membership Card). For those eligible for the US military discount, please include a note in the comment section of the reservation form that states the branch of the military you served in and dates of service. When you check in, you will need to bring a printed copy of your DD214 form to Sandals South Coast for proof. For those eligible for the US Police Personnel discount, please include a note in the comment section of the reservation form that states about the police personnel designation. When you check in, proof of police ID will be required. ***
Are you allowed a plus one?
Yes. Any new plus ones, not already indicated on the invite, will be welcome to enjoy the resort and attend all events except the ceremony due to capacity limits at the Over-The-Water Chapel. Please let Katie and Herb know as well as be sure to include them on your RSVP.
Is there a dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception?
Yes, we encourage guests to wear a beach semi-formal / yacht attire. For the ladies, we recommend soft colors and flowy dresses with comfortable wedges as the reception will be on the sand. For the men, we recommend collared shirts (no tie and no tank tops), slacks / khakis (no shorts), and boat shoes.
