Do you have to book your flight through Sandals?

No, you are not obligated to book your flights through Sandals Resorts.

Is there a dress code?

Beach attire during the day, Beach Formal at night. Most restaurants require proper attire. No lounge wear at dinner time.

Is alcohol included?

Yes! Everything is included on the resort except scheduled tours.

Can I plan my own excursions during my stay?

Yes! During your down time the world is your oyster. Experience the free activities the resort has to offer or schedule a tour through the front desk or prior to your stay. Please check out the sandals website for a list of ALL the free activities to do during your stay.

What is included in travel protection?

Travel Protection covers any misshaps during your travels. The cost is $124.00 per person non-refundable. Included is bag protection for any lost luggage, if you missed any connecting flights, any medical eventualities while on the island, and if there is a cancelation of your trip for any reason.

What is Club Mobay?

This option is for perks like; fast tracking through immigrations, you will be met by a Club Mobay agent and escorted to a lounge where you can then freshen up, be greeted with snacks and refreshments while you wait for your shuttle service to take you to the resort. This option is $82 per person.

Does Jamaica have a time difference?

Yes, Jamaica is 1 hour behind Eastern time.
