Stevonna's Story:

I first met Zeda, or E as I affectionately call him, in 2015 when my aunt suggested that there might be a connection between us. Reluctantly, I allowed her to pass my number to him.

To my surprise, E not only called but also left a voicemail! The fact that he took the initiative intrigued me. We went on two dates, and then unexpectedly, E friend-zoned me!! 

Strangely, I wasn't that  upset; I knew what he knew....the sparks simply weren't there. Despite my initial surprise, it heightened my curiosity about him, even though I wasn't actively looking for more friends.

Three years passed, and E continued attempting to befriend me, but I remained uninterested. I didn't need anymore friends lol.

In the fall of 2018, we reconnected, and this time, the sparks that eluded us before overwhelmed me. The curiosity I felt for him pushed me to give it another try. E had successfully spun the block! It didn't take long for me to realize that I was falling in love, and he was there to catch me. He transformed into the friend he had been trying to be for years.

From the fall of 2018 until our engagement in August 2023, I embarked on a journey of love and life with E, and it has been nothing short of amazing. We've grown together, faced challenges, and figured it all out. Our love, for me, has always felt like divine intervention—a testament to God's perfect timing and love.

I am thrilled to embark on this new chapter, entering a marriage of love and life with E, the absolute love of my life. Always, All ways!
