Transfers from the airport to the resort is included when booked with Sandals.
Wedding guest do not have to stay at the Sandals resort. There are several resorts next door to Sandals, and on the rest of the island. If you would like to stay at another resort thats possible. There will be a $150.00 fee for an all day pass for the day of the wedding. This fee will allow you to have all inclusive access to Sandals amenities, including all food and drinks.
