• Passport- Don't forget  your passport.  A vaild passport is necessary to travel to the Bahamas. They take at least 4-6 weeks from time of application to process. Please make sure your passport is up-to-date and/or ordered ahead of time.


• Accomodations- Please book your hotel early at Sandals, as you will need to put down an initial deposit to secure your room. Guess what! You can make payments up until 45 days from your arrival day. Don't get left behind! Please note, once you book please check your room rate periodically because the rate may go down and you can lock- in that new rate.( If you pay in full early the new rate will not be honored.)


• Attire- Spring Casual Island attire is recommened. The wedding ceremony will take place outside but the reception will be inside, please dress comfortable. 


• Credit Card- If you plan to make purchases while in the Bahamas, please alert your credit card company of your travel plans.


• Cell Phone- If you plan on using your cell phone while visiting the Bahamas, please inform your cell phone carrier and purchase the international plan or just turn your phone off!
