What is the resort website?

View the "Travel" tab for a link to the hotel and the phone number. Sandals representatives are available via phone 7AM to 12AM EST.

Downloading the "Sandals" app may prove helpful in management of your trip details and during your stay at the resort. 

Is there a group code for hotel reservations?

Yes. It is WG24172455

Does the resort offer any discounts? 

Yes. The resort offers a 10% discount for the military, first responders (police, fire fighters, EMT and search and rescue members), and active FEMA members.

What airport should I fly into?

The resort provides free round trip transportation from Hewanorra International Airport. The airport code is UVF. 

How do I access the shuttle to the resort once I land in St. Lucia?

Once you arrive and clear customs inside the airport in St. Lucia you will see a door labeled "Sandals". Go through the door and it will take you to the resort's private airport lounge where you will board the shuttle. The lounge has restrooms along with free snacks and drinks. 

Is there a dress code for the resort restaurants?

Most of the restaurants at the resort are "resort casual". Only three restaurants require reservations for dinner. Restaurant reservations can be made once you are at the resort. Please visit the resort website for additional information.

Any other special attire notes we should know?

St. Lucia is a tropical location and it will be humid. Please plan your attire accordingly and bring plenty of sun screen.. 

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Um, you've met us right? Of course there will be dancing! We expect you to bring your dancing shoes and all your dancing moves.
