Q: Which airport do I fly into?
Hewanorra International (UVF) – about 90-120 min by shuttle
George F.L. Charles (SLU) – about 20 min (smaller airport)
Q: Are airport transfers included?
A: Yes, roundtrip transfers by air-conditioned shuttle are included. Private luxury transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.
Q: When is check-in / check-out?
Check-in: Typically 3 PM
Check-out: 11 AM
You can use the resort facilities if arriving early or leaving late.
Q: How many restaurants are there?
A: 12 restaurants offering various cuisines including Caribbean, Italian, Indian, seafood, sushi, and international fare.
Q: Are reservations required?
A: Only at a few specialty restaurants. It’s smart to reserve those early in your stay.

Daytime: Resort casual (swimsuits, shorts, sundresses)
Evening: Resort evening (collared shirts, dresses, no flip-flops in some restaurants)
Q: Is tipping allowed?
A: No tipping is required or expected — except for Butler service, where it’s allowed and appreciated.
Q: What’s the electrical voltage? Do I need adapters?
A: Most rooms offer both 110V and 220V outlets. U.S. plugs usually work, but a travel adapter is helpful just in case.
Q: Is the beach private?
A: The beach is public by law, but the resort has exclusive beach chairs and security in place. Occasional local vendors may pass by.
